About

Different from traditional exercise programs, yoga is a practice designed to unite body, breath and mind.  It is so easy to get lost and stressed out in this world.  In my classes you can expect to stretch, strengthen and get back in touch with you inner intelligence and peace.

The studio space in North East is light and bright and ideal for a mind, body, breath experience.  Here are a few tips if this is your first time practicing with me:

  • Bring your own yoga mat or you can borrow one.

  • We offer blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps to make the yoga experience more comfortable.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

  • PLEASE place cell phones on silent.

And remember...

If you can breathe, YOU can do yoga!
